Build a real Marketing Operations automation system that connects website activity → tracking → CRM → automation. The workflow enriches inbound leads with attribution data and triggers automated follow-up and internal alerts.

- GA4 (custom event tracking + parameters)
- WordPress (Contact Form 7)

- Salesforce (Lead Object + custom fields)
- HubSpot (CRM + Workflows)

Used the system event:
Contact Create Date → is known
→ This enrolls every new inbound contact into the automation.
✅ Workflow Logic
Added automated actions:
- Delay step
- Internal notification sent to the team
- Includes UTM values and GA Client ID
- If/Then branching based on UTM Source
- Example: Google-sourced leads route down a separate branch
